I picked up a 4-pack of ramen noodles at the shop as a lazy writer stand-by meal. My attention was immediately captured by this Korean offering. It was promise of ‘spicey hot’ flaming chicken wot done it. I even had some leftover spicy chicken thighs in the fridge I could chop up and add to it with a boiled egg so I wouldn’t have to feel like a sad bachelor failure.
some cuisines you can fuse but others resist and make their way out faster than you can say "i need to go to the t....". I wonder if they do a ramen butter chicken concoction?
Hope that you feel better soon...but what about the Carbonara is a head's up? I have learned the hard way that when Koreans say spicy, they are not kidding! I would have thought creamy parmesan sauce might have mitigated that. Obviously, you may have thoughts on this matter.

Does anyone know if Uncle Roger has reviewed these?
