It’s not my script. As is my won’t I simply sold off the rights. In this case to Luke Sparke who made an alien invasion movie I rather enjoyed. Luke’s written and rewritten a pilot episode for a TV series, and I got in and messed around with it a bit before multiple book deadlines and then this asthma bullshit took up all my time.
There is some pretty good concept art, but it’s to mine to share. Next time I speak to Luke I’ll see if he’ll let a couple of images out of the locked box.
I hope it becomes a TV series or at least a mini-series. A one-off movie would require discarding too much of the plot. A series could continue through the entire series of novels.

Huzzah! Hopefully it will avoid a long stay in Development Hell! And if it gets filmed in Sydney one might attempt to get an a gig as an extra on it! (Possibly to die horribly...oh well)
