Sourdough being your major calorie source is awesome. You need pizza to make the list, it has everything you need.

Why oh why would you subject yourself to skim milk? There is hardly any fat in whole milk...is it for some other reason?

I thought that the point of salad was to have no or negative calories. You'd expect it not to show up on that list, wouldn't you? (0.5 😃)

I often ponder as I’m eating my spinach salad with no dressing and a little smoked turkey and sometimes cheese for lunch how my granny would eat brisket sandwiches and have a baby can of Coors every day. She was 92 when she passed with a smile on her face. My big treat is a chocolate chip cookie once a week
