Worked a solid one today. I’m thinking of having a second martini. But… I do have these two cocktail recipes from Senator McKinney.
Texas Ranch Water: 2 oz Anejo Tequila (high quality), 1/8th of a lime squeezed and 2-3 oz soda/sparkling agua.
And…
The soon-to-be world famous McKtini? Half Ketel One, half Bombay Sapphire and a very, very light dash of dry vermouth. Really quite good. Goes well with any meal.
