Rupert Degas in your End of Days series was Jedi Master level. He wasn't just narrating the book, he was telling your a story, sharing a secret, imparting some wisdom, to just you. Taking the time to emphasise the important points, to drill down to the nitty gritty details you would miss if you just skimmed over the book.

It wasn't a book reading, it was Theatre.

Ever tempted to go completely wild and choose say a Pee Wee Herman voice to narrate a series of political drama or Helen Mirim to narrate Falaffel?

That must be a real dilemma for you though; how on earth are you supposed to pick just one narrator out of that line up?

Was Rupert Degas one of them? Because he'd be a shoo in surely?
