'membering back to my time at uni, my lecturers always specified assignments to be in Word, big margins, times new, and 1.5 spacing. What's the go with editors/publishers? They ask for something similar?
I think it was the "The Third Angel" by Philip Kerr, who had an omniscient narrator commenting and pholosophising upon events, in a different font, interwoven with the main story.
