I consider it a delightful suprise. I do not get many unexpected emails ever since I began ruthlessly applying blocks, spam filters and unsubscribing so yours, no matter how erroneous are welcome.
The BGE can be demanding. Lots of ways to mess up. I now smoke with a pellet grill/smoker and get fantastic results. Still keep my BGE for sentimental reasons but not worth the hassle.

I felt the chicken BBQ pic represented a real breakthrough.
From four hours drinking beer on the deck waiting on chicken to beating procrastination is some real narrative whiplash.
It’s Monday morning and all I want to do is procrastinate with chicken and beer.
I was waiting for you to wax lyrical about the history of barbequing flat chickens...kind of disappointed now.
