I am smarter than you because I arranged to have a son who turned into a baker's apprentice. Thus I get little penguin cupcakes for my birthday.
(Poor penguin got a little smooshed as I sat him up for his photo op. Not the worst thing that happened to him yesterday, but).
I also had a nice lunch at Bar Alto, where we sat outside looking over the river and I huddled under a blanket like a grandad.
Knocked over some burrata for entree and venison pasta for lunch.
It was good. Especially the bit where I didn’t track any of my calories. I’m sure there weren’t many.

The pasta was clearly calorie neutral, if not a calorie deficit, because of the green stuff. Clearly this is SCIENCE.
