With Jane interstate for a couple of days my thoughts turned immediately to barbecue. I had an emergency beef slab laid away at the back of the freezer, waiting for just the right moment.
And today was that moment.
I figure this bad boy will give me my protein for the next day or so. But I think I might have to get a pork butt on there too. Just in case.
