I've always looked at those shakos and thought they would purely suck in a parade. Ive been subjected to some dumb headgear in the past, but the shako takes the cake. It's hot, it catches the wind, and it doesn't keep rain out of your eyes. Plus, it's probably heavy. No, thanks. Cool you heard from the distant one.
