New oven!
Those of you paying attention might recall I set my kitchen on fire about a year ago, or at least I set the roast pork loin in the oven on fire… somehow. We finally had the oven replaced last week, and having a baker in the house meant that the first thing out of it were these amazing cinnamon scrolls.
I’m not a baker, so I won’t be doing any of these in the future, but I did throw a barramundi on the Big Green Egg and cooked up some roast veggies in the new oven. It was all very nice. I’m kind of looking forward to be able to cook without 45mins of barbecue prep first.
JB, as you are lover of baked goods, having a baker in the family is very well done. If you can just get your daughter to become an electrician, then you’ll really be totally winning at this parent thing.
I mean, who wouldn’t like to have an electrician in the family.
I got the grandkids to assist with cinnamon scrolls once and now they are hooked, always wanting to make more. Those ones do look amazing.
