We became a one-car family when my old car somehow became my daughter’s uni car. It’s meant that even though I work from home, I’m out on the road most mornings dropping Jane to the pool or gym before dropping her to the office. (It’s always gym for me. I’m not a swimmer.)

Here’s a good example of the form. I think it’s from The Boys cafe in Kelvin Grove, but it could be from Posto in West End, or Doc Brown (also West End) or any one of half a dozen other places. It’s the same formula every time. Egg, bacon, some sort of cheese. Maybe it has leaf matter. Maybe not.
I can’t say I’ve found a stand out example yet, because they’re all pretty good. 25-30g of protein. A bit of fibre. About 400-500 calories.
