Looking at my calendar I can see a free night on Thursday, just before Christmas. I’d propose this as the date to catch up and discuss Holly by Stephen King.
I’ll host on Zoom and send out a link closer to the day. I’d say we’d want to keep it to about 6-8 people, cos any more than that gets a bit unmanageable. I’ll kick off proceedings with a short intro, and then we’ll run the table.
I suggest everyone bring an interesting drink unless you are a non-drinker in which case an interesting fizzy water will suffice.
We’ll probably kick off at 6.30 Brisbane time/7.30 southern time unless there are howls of protest from the far west.
Am I too late? Hubby has just informed me that he is off to wrangle the aftermath of TC Jasper, so there is a good chance that I will have time to finish the book before Thursday. I don't mind being a dumb corner of the screen...I just would like to hear you intelligent folk discuss.
If you have a spot free i'll chuck my hat in the ring - i can give you the run down on the audio version. (they even got SK to do the author note at the end)
