I see by the lack of comments that everyone else is lost in the xmas week void.......excellent.

please don't ask me what day it is....sadly I know as I had to drop into the office (distillery) and pack some orders and browsed here for distraction whilst I wait for the vodka to finish filtering..... :)

not so bad I suppose, and I might have to check out that book, thanks

Lulz, I did wonder if anybody but the AI bots would ever read this.

Fuck those AI bots. They got no place here!

From one of my social media posts... This time of year is so time random: Wasn't yesterday the weekend? Isn't tomorrow Thursday and Friday? Is it morning or a leap year? Why are pants?

Hopefully the new year will arrive soon so time can go back to normal. Well, as normal as it gets.

I enjoyed his "Shadow of the Gods" trilogy quite a bit, glad to have a recommendation for other series!

I tripped over my HBO Max subscription and fell into the Global Gay Hockey Show Obsession and destroyed any and all plans for productivity for the last week, never mind any actual productivity...

The calendar app on the phone is working overtime to make I’m where I need to be and when.

John Gwynne certainly looks the part.

I’ve been reading a book, “Hits, Flops, and Other Illusions: My Fortysomething Years in Hollywood” by Ed Zwick. It’s a fun and interesting read that is available for only $4.99 on Amazon Australia.

As well as many stories about the good, the bad and the ugly of film making, each chapter ends with 9 or 10 tips about the writing/directing caper.

For some reason, this one particularly appealed to me.

“Always leave something undone at the end of your writing day. You’ll have a running start in the morning.”

I have in the past, by accident or design, it matters not, stopped in the middle of a sentence. I suppose one day I may die and leave half a sentence and peopl might compare me to Kafka, or Bret Easton Ellis...

That’s an old Hemingway hack.
